2. Customer Service Staff
About the Job
  • Keeps customers informed daily and weekly by forwarding notices, shipment date and method, and current shipment status
  • Coordinate & expedite requests, time-specific pickups and deliveries and other special requests
  • Freight forwarding functions such as booking, issuing Delivery Orders, etc.
  • Checking and confirming order status on pick-up and deliveries

Minimum Qualification
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Experience in freight forwarder or shipping line as a customer service
  • Multi tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Active communication in group and willing to support each other

3. Finance Accounting Staff
About the Job
  • Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments.
  • Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data.
  • Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
  • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Minimum Qualification
  • Min. bachelor of Accounting with GPA 3.50 / 4.00

4. Health Safety Environtment Supervisor
Responsibilities:
  • Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures.
  • Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
  • Ensure HSE compliance and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business, trucking and vessel operations.
  • Assist on developing HSE plans that comply with the company’s policies and procedures as well as client’s requirements.
  • Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.

Minimum Qualification
  • Proven experience HSE Supervisor or equivalent for at least 3 years.
  • Strong passion in HSE.
  • Knowledgeable in ISO, OSHA standards and HSE management
  • Posess HSE sertification is preferred.
  • Attention to details and high level of analytical skills to mitigate any possible HSE issues.
  • Experienced in shipping or logistic industry would be an advantage.

5. Heavy Equipment Mechanic
About the Job
  • Melakukan pengecekan rutin kondisi setiap unit alat berat
  • Menyiapkan spare parts alat berat untuk maintenance
  • Troubleshooting electrical
  • Maintenance dan memperbaiki unit alat berat
  • Membuat laporan kondisi alat berat ke atasan
  • Menentukan kebutuhan spare part repair

Minimum Qualification
  • Pendidikan D3 atau D4 dari universitas ternama
  • IPK min 3.0 / 4.0
  • Jurusan Teknik mesin
  • Fresh graduate atau pengalaman
  • Loyalitas tinggi

  • Melakukan perbaikan alat berat (reach stacker, side loader, forklift, trailer)
  • Menganalisa dan mengatasi trouble shooting engine alat berat
  • Membuat rencana perbaikan dan maintenance alat berat
  • Melaksanakan rutin maintenance alat berat

Minimum Qualification
  • Laki-laki, usia maksimal 30 tahun
  • Min SMK Teknik Mesin
  • Ulet dan jujur
  • Bersedia bekerja secara shift

8. Overseas Purchasing (Mandarin)
  • Research potential suppliers for company’s need
  • Negotiate price and contract with suppliers
  • Manage and track orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests
  • Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists
  • Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications
  • Create and maintain good relationship with suppliers

Minimum Qualification
  • Minimum Diploma, prefer from mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering
  • Proficient to communicate in Mandarin language (oral and written) is mandatory
  • Posses HSK 4 certification would be a plus
