Commercial Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction for all Engineering works from contract awardthrough to commissioning phase
- Plan and control Permanent material purchases.
- Providing all required analysis to ensure the Contractor/Vendor is the most favorable option to the Company
- Expediting procurement and logistics to ensure site crew have all the required materials, equipment, manpower and services on schedule.
- Ensure that planning and programming of site activities and procurement is monitored to meet and achieve required milestones
- Working closely with Corporate Contract team to execute of a tender process in order to source the most competitive pricing from the qualified Contractor/Vendor including to establish contract documents for the Supply and Service and Subcontractor works.
- Assisting the Project Manager to generate a weekly progress and monthly report in connection with the progress of the Construction Project
- Review and analyze the project monthly cost report which is generated by the Project Cost Control team
- Review the actual consumption of the monthly petty cash report and ensure each of every transaction are supported by the valid evidence for an approval of Project Manager and Finance Manager.
Requirement
- Min. 15 years of experience in similiar role
- Business Administration or Business Management, Accounting, or Engineering Graduates
- Proficient in both spoken and written English

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related field
- Strong NET/C#/Webform knowledge
- Min. 2 years of experience
- Familiar with HTML, CSS 3, JS, Angularjs, Reactjs
