DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER
Requirements:
- Possess the potential to develop into a PTP Mine Project Manager.
- Min. Bachelor degree in mining or sufficient experience to provide the necessary expertise.
- Holder of POM (minimum) / POU (preferred).
- Min. 10 years previous experiences in supervising mining operations (production) and a demonstrable understanding of sound mining practices and mining equipment.
- Min. 5 years experiences in managerial position on a mining project.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English, both written and verbal.
- Good computer skills, familiar with mining and mine planning software.
- Good communication and strong leadership skills.
- Good understanding of Mine infrastructure requirements.
MINING SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) Mining Engineering with min. 4 years experiences in mining nickel & gold
- Demonstrates good knowledge of Mining equipment capabilities and applications
- Willing to work at pit mining area with shift roster (day and night)
- Have strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent team player and good analytical thinking
- Good command in English, both written and verbal.
PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Requirements:
- Min bachelor degree in a Mining / Civil / Geology Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experiences as Mine Production Group Leader or Mining Foreman.
- Demonstrates good knowledge of Mining equipment capabilities and applications
- Experience with drill/blast and dewatering activities an advantage
- Well-developed computer skills, including their application to Mine Engineering and Reporting
- Holder of POP Certification
SENIOR PLANNER
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering with 7 years’ experience in heavy equipment Mtc operation & Planning, Experience / familiar in using CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) Program
- Strong knowledge and concept for setting up Preventive Maintenance
- Preferably to have on-hand experience in Work Planning and Scheduling, Maintenance Budgeting/Planning Cost, Maintenance Data and Task Analysis (Oil Analysis, Condition Monitoring, RCM, Reliability)
- Excellent computer skill
- Able to work in detail, time management, target oriented, good reporting system
- Able to show and maintain good attitude, open, honest, proactive and respecting other
- Willing to work in Jakarta with extensive travel to project/sites in remote areas
- Internal candidate (existing employee) with lower education background may be considered if having some proven experience
