Manager – Information Technology (IT)

Key elements of the position include:

Leading the strategic and operational IT planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritising IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the Company.
Discover and implement latest technologies in the IT Department.
Working with the CEO, CFO, COO, and all Executives to horizon scan for new technologies, and define business requirements, for providing solutions and services to the business that maintain and even improve the competitive advantage of the Company.
Establishing IT Departmental goals, objectives, targets, and operating policies and procedures which covers IT operational activities.
Ensuring continuous delivery of overall required IT services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of IT systems performance.
Developing and maintaining application systems required by business operations; Maintaining and Improvingt IT Infrastructures; Maintaining, enhancing, and enforcing IT Compliance and Services.

Qualification

Possess a bachelor or master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a
related field, from a reputable Indonesian or International university.
Possess more than 13 years of experience working in IT operations, supervising information technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects. Experience in Mining industry is preferable.
Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems, current equipment and
technologies, data centre, IT security, and system performance monitoring, including expertise in implementing,
configuring, and testing solutions.
Possess certifications on IT is an advantage.
Have strong capabilities in managing and coordinating the stakeholders at all levels, from both IT and business, to investigate the requirements and seek effective business solutions through IT related improvements.
Have excellent problem solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Possess skill in effective verbal and written communications, including active listening skills and skill in presenting findings and recommendations for improvement, both in English and Bahasa.
Possess commitment to KPC’’s general standards and specifically the organisation’s safety and environmental regulations.
