Accounting Staff
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all data are accurately entried.
- Ensuring availability of financial report on time.
- Ensuring statement of disbursement for each vessel is well-prepared.
- Ensuring vessel cost is precise and accurate.
- Ensuring entry gain on disbursement is correct.
- Planning financial report preparation.
- Monitoring and recording billing process and settlement from third parties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Accounting.
- Minimum 0-2 years in a similar position.
- Technical knowledge & skills: Basic accounting, taxation, export-import, shipping knowledge, computer literate.
- Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, and good interpersonal relationship.
- Able to analyze issue and use sound judgement, planning organizing, orientation to detail, work efficiently, concern for order.
- Proficiency in English, both oral & written.
- Placement: Cilegon
Procurement Staff
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring purchasing process of store-supply, lube oil and sparepart for vessel are ready on time and in compliance with procedure.
- Ensuring the entire process record related to purchase are accurate and done in timely manner.
- Ensuring necessary documents related to purchase are complete and stored accurately.
- Establish good coordination with other departments in order to complete smooth purchase order and to solve problems.
- Ensuring vessels who charged are ready for sailing/not in idle position because of procurement problem.
- Ensuring supplier list is updated.
Requirements
- S1 Marine Engineering/Naval Architect (Maritime Background)/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimal 0-2 years of working in shipping industry, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Having knowledge of: Shipping knowledge, Custom/export-import, Computer literate.
Software Engineer (Project Base)
Responsibilities
- Ensuring new software application well developed and/or modified as requirement and met the project timeline.
- Ensuring the program code comply with naming standard convention.
- Ensuring proper documentation.
- Ensuring unit testing is performed.
- Ensuring Database administration is well maintained.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree of Information Technology/Computer.
- Min 2 year of working experiences.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Technical/knowledge skill: Programming (C#.net/VB.net, JAVA, Asp.net), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Database (Oracle PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, table normalization concept).
