Account Receivable Controller
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring outstanding receivables Freight, Charter In Pertamina, Charter In non- Pertamina, Demurrage, SOA, and other receivable are summarized and collected.
- Ensuring all incoming funds are prepared accurately within the same day.
- Ensuring customers data are completed and updated.
- Planning and monitoring daily and weekly, the schedule periode of outstanding receivables, can be collected.
- Planning and monitoring schedule for collection purpose.
- Monitoring all incoming vouchers to be posted at the same month.
- Monitoring the due date of all outstanding receivable.
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimal 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Finance management, computer literate.
- Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, and good interpersonal relationship.
- Able to analyze issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, orientation to detail, work efficienctly, concern for order, business process understanding, interpersonal persuasiveness ability, developing others and team leadership.
- Proficiency in English, both oral & writtten.
