- Identify gaps in demand and supply for medium- and long-term plans and suggest actions to bridge this gap. Ensuring information flow to Management committee to support decision making process for capacity enhancement and problem resolution.
- Ensure cost optimum delivery of Service Levels by tight control over Inventories Obsolescence tracking and Supply Strategies
- Ensure continuous improvement in freshness across value chain and Profit Leakages
- Be a key driver for ensuring on time event execution
- Work closely with Factory Supply Chain teams and Regional Sales teams to ensure seamless flow of information and integrate the feedbacks into the planning
- Drive Supply Chain Improvement Initiatives for the Category
- Understand and align key supply risk and mitigation plans
What will make you successful
- Bachelor of Any Engineering Major
- Strong operational experience or min. 2 years of experience within functions Supply Chain
- Has ability to deal with ambiguity
- Has good presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and can-do-it attitude
