HRGA/HR GENERALIST
Responsibilities :
  • Support overall HRGA process, systems, and procedures across the organization
  • Recruitment & Selection (end-to-end process)
  • Support in the performance management process, develop KPI evaluation tools, and organization development
  • Handle all designated HRGA administrative tasks
  • The position is a shared function for several companies under one holding group, you will involve in all HRGA processes in those companies

Requirements :
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant fields from reputable university
  • Minimum 2 years of professional working experience as HRGA or HR Generalist
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has extensive knowledge of Human Resource functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc)
  • Able to work under multiple job deliverables in time constrains
  • Detail-oriented & thorough

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF
Responsibilities :
  • Process and manage every transaction and operational (incl. A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Tax) in a timely manner
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual closing and financial reports
  • Determine accounting errors and suggest necessary corrective action
  • Support preparation of the annual budget, forecast, and projections
  • Liaise with banks, finance consultants, auditors, tax agents, suppliers, and other related professionals
  • Prepare billing invoices and accounting for vendors and clients
  • Archive files and supporting documents

Requirements :
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of professional working experience in finance/accounting
  • Having a good knowledge of standard accounting policy and guideline
  • Having experience in related to financial reports (B/S, P/L, cash flow), cost control and cost budgeting, AR/AP control, updating tax and accounting, profit & loss, and GL
  • Meticulous and able to stick to time constraints
  • Fluent in English
  • Having a Brevet A/B certificate will be preferred
