Retail Banking Liabilities & Performance Management Business Finance (Jakarta)
Responsibilities :
- Provide Retail Banking monthly financial performance review (flash & business highlights)
- Performing annual budget and regular forecast
- Performing thorough assessment of historical RB financial performance by businesses with the objective to identify key performance drivers and to provide valuable inputs on business strategy
- Provide Independent financial advice in relation to RB business strategy from client/ product/ segment perspective, in order for RB business to achieve the targeted financial performance
- Well managed financial accounting and management reporting process to support business decision, focusing on the timeliness and accuracy of the reported numbers
Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting
- BSMR Level 2 Certification
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the financial institution industry (banking is preferably) as business analyst/business performance or equivalent in liabilities/performance
- Experience and knowledge of financial planning analysis and accounting
- Good communication and presentation skills
