1. Purchasing Officer
Main Responsibility
- Supporting HRGA , HSE, Construction and Workshop needs
- Ensuring timely, efficient and effective procurement of goods, services and works, 0 while strictly adhering to the procurement policy
- Ensure the quality of goods at competitive prices based on the overall cost
- Ensure that the selected supplier is both legal and work system
- Ensuring sound patnerships with suppliers
- Establishing relationship with the relevant departements and end users for ensure quality specifications of goods and services
- Maintain and update price data base, supplier data base information and performance
- Ensure filling and store purchase transaction documentation neatly and accurately
- Provide input regarding the improvement process
General Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any major
- Proven experience 1-2 years in related position
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and using computer especially Microsoft Office
- Good at negotiating, coordinating and networking
- Effective Teamwork
- Planning and organizing achievable goals consistent

2. Purchasing Supervisor
Main Responsibility
- Carry out critical procurement processes (if needed)
- Evaluate and analyze the procurement process to ensure compliance with company standards and ethics and provide the best value for the company
- Evaluate incoming documents from external & internal, to be able to understand and provide recommendations
- Having planning and understanding of urgency and priority
- Coordinate and communicate well with internal and external team members to achieve a common goal
- Ensuring a good job load for each Purchasing Officer
- Store documentation of purchase transactions neatly and accurately
- Make weekly reports or other reports as needed
- Fostering and providing the necessary directions to subordinates to be able to achieve good performance standards and to conduct periodic performance reviews for subordinates
General Requirument
- Proven experience in purchasing and logistics in the mining sector for min 3 years
- Understand the needs of workshops, spare parts for heavy equipment and vehicles and logistics knowledge skills
- Able to communicate, and coordinate
- Negotiate, coordinate and planning
- Effective Teamwork, Leadership and Management skill
- Quick respons and able to set priorities

- Leadership, problem solving , idea / concept, vision risk analyzation and initiative

3. HSE Superintendent
Main Responsibility
- Memiliki pemahaman dan pengetahuan memadai terkait perencanaan, pengelolaan, evaluasi & perbaikan berkelanjutan terkait aspek keselamatan pertambangan, kaidah teknis pertambangan yang balk, Sistem manajemen Keselamatan Pertambangan sesuai regulasi
- Melakukan identifikasi sekaligus pemetaan dari potensi bahaya yang berpeluang terjadi pada lingkungan kerja
- Menjadi jembatan antara pemerintah dan perusahaan
- Membuat suatu gagasan yang berkaitan dengan program K3
General Requirements
- Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan komputer (Ms.Office); Desain & Grafis
- Memiliki SIM A Aktif & Mampu mengoperasikan Mobil
