What We Ask :

Basic education : Bachelor Degree - any field (pharmacy/ nutritionist will be a plus)
Experience in dairy/ pharmacy at least 2 years or more in the same position or minimum 4 years as Medical Representative
Agile, having self-leadership, integrity, able to work in team, having commercial sense, healthy
Willing to be assigned all over Indonesia

Vacancy Description :

Support the team to translate area potential to quality demand.
Safeguard compliant business conduct of his/her team.
Supervise the execution of all medical marketing programs and focuses on all aspects of the Building Business Partnership to establish mutual partnership with targeted health-care professionals and related medical societies (IDAI, IBI, POGI, etc.)
Provides related data to SN RM, to support the value-added partnership program includes the risk and benefits of the proposed proposal, as well as reporting system in medical marketing.
Develops and maintains professional working relationship with all stake-holders of IF business (sales team, distributors, etc.) - to ensure product availability & its processes
Coordinates MR in updating customer master list on quarterly basis
Monitors and evaluates government policy related to infant formula in the respective business territory.
Makes plan and submit related reports through IMPACT - Integrated Medical Partnership And Controlling Tool
Conducts field coaching activities with focused development plan to the MR/ SMR, and make necessary corrective action plan.
Continuously improves and develops required skills and knowledge through self-learnings, seeks out other perspectives and feedback to improve business performance.
