Taste The Future Southeast Asia Management Program is an accelerated 12-month career development program in Mondelēz International. It is designed to give Management Trainees cross-functional business exposure and hands-on experiential learning & development. Each rotation will challenge limits and potential, as the trainees dive into learning the secrets of our business with an assigned Buddy, while collaborating with a diverse regional team.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Graduates from either a Bachelors' or Masters' Program (must have completed their degree on or before July 2023)
- Maximum of 2 years of professional working experience.
- Excellent academic standing with a minimum GPA of 3.5
- Strong leadership experience in extra co-curricular activities and projects.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa (fluency in other Bahasa dialects is a plus)
- Must hold a valid driver's license (SIM A)
- Willingness to travel and be assigned to various locations within the country during and after the TTF MT Program.
- High drive for results
- High level of agility and independence
- Openness to coaching
