Recruitment Officer
Job Descriptions:
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Perform reference checks as need
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any major
- Female
- At least have 1-3 years experience as Full-time Recruiter (internship experience doesn’t count)
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Having plantation / manufacture / retail exposure would be good
- Ability to communicate well and good personality
- Fast learner and able to work in fast pace environment
- Fluent in English
- Able to work multitasking and well organized
- Placement in Sinarmas MSIG Tower, South Jakarta
