HR Remuneration Supervisor

Requirements:

S1 in Management/Psychology/Social Studies.
Min 3 years experience as HR Supervisor/Officer (Compensation & Benefit/HR Administration), preferably in the mining industry.
Experience using the SAP system is a must.
English proficiency and good interpersonal skills.
Understanding compensation and benefits process, and business improvement principles (e.g. impact of HR policies on finance, etc).
Good understanding of Labor Law and other related regulations.
Awareness of local culture and cross-cultural communication.
Ability to create a business improvement process for the reward administration process.
Ms. Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Placement at Head Office Jakarta
