Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Design and implement metrics and models to evaluate business performance and market trends.
Provide actionable insights to drive business decisions, optimize product offerings, and identify emerging market opportunities
Create reports and presentations based on data-driven insights to business leaders that simplify complex data findings for making informed decisions.
Collaborate with leaders to define a data-driven insight strategy and explore solutions that can enhance business efficiency

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, Finance, Economics or a related field
2-4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role, preferably within the FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce industry
Proficiency with reporting software like Tableau and a strong understanding of databases and SQL
Strong understanding of business operations and how data-driven insights can improve overall performance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work with various business units and stakeholders.
Analytical, diligent, and rigorous in your approach to problems
Curiosity about data and a passion for finding answers hidden in data set
Bonus points for experience in consulting, operations, statistics, predictive analytics, or SaaS
