Employer Branding Intern
What you will do:
- Content Editing: Create and edit engaging content for employer branding initiatives on social media.
- Video Editing: Produce short videos to showcase company culture, recruitment events, and team highlights.
- Administrative Tasks: Create content plan & content pillar.
Requirements:
Must-Have Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a major in Psychology, Management, or other related fields.
Tech-savvy and proficient in using online tools for branding, and content creation.
Active on and knowledgeable about social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic skills in content and video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).
Passionate about HR, employer branding, and content creation.
