Contract Logistics Management Trainee
Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned tasks and provide support in day-to-day operations.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and educational opportunities.
- Observe and learn from seasoned staff members both in the office and warehouse.
- Acquire an understanding of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Assist managers in performance evaluations, including report writing, data analysis, or presentations.
- Engage in corporate strategic planning.
- Achieve the objectives and targets set at the commencement of the traineeship.
- Prepare documents and maintain records.
- Learn about conflict resolution and attend disciplinary hearings as an observer.
- Travel to different offices, warehouses, or projects as needed to actively participate in daily operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; other majors will be considered.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing) and Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing).
- Competent in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Drive, and tools like Power BI.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong commitment to learning.
- Ability to work under pressure and long hours.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Must have a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license (Class C/A).
*This opportunity is for an outsourcing employee (third-party vendor) working for PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia, under the supervision and daily operations of PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia, at their office or work location.
